AVI Return or Exchange Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days from the day of delivery, and we will refund or credit your full purchase price. (All special orders, custom installed products, custom labor, delivery charges and all televisions including plasma and rear projection televisions are not refundable). Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition with all packing materials, warranty cards (unused), and instruction manuals included. Your original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Refunds for cash sales over $50.00 will be made by check and mailed to you. This money-back policy is limited to one transaction only. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fees.
Extended Warranty Service AVI offers extended warranty contracts through a nationally, fully insured third party provider. These extended warranty contracts give you economical and comprehensive service, through the third party provider, and longer-lasting peace of mind. The contracts offered will provide you with all of the repair protection you will need for your products. Inclusive of your manufacturer's warranty, these contracts, for a minimal fee, can extend your warranty coverage for up to 10 years from date of purchase (depending on product category).
Trade-In Policy AVI welcomes the opportunity to trade-in your used equipment. If we agree on the trade-in, we will give you a generous allowance towards new merchandise. Trade-in agreement depending on type and conditions of product to be trade-in. Previously Owned Equipment is sold with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
Layaway Plan Deposits on regular merchandise will reserve equipment for 30 days. If further payment is not made, or if the sale is not completed within 30 days, the merchandise will be returned to stock, and your deposit refunded to you upon request. A deposit on used, trade-in, or sale merchandise will reserve the equipment up to 10 days. AVI reserves the right to sell this merchandise to another customer and refund your original deposit, if we have not heard from you before the end of this 10-day period.

If unauthorized charges are made on your credit card as a result of shopping at A.V.I., we will reimburse you for any fraudulent charges not covered by your credit card issuer. The Fair Credit Billing Act prohibits your credit card company from holding you responsible for more than $50 of fraudulent credit card charges. If your credit card was used fraudulently, through no fault of your own, as a result of shopping with our secure server at A.V.I., we will cover the entire amount for which your credit card company holds you responsible, up to this $50 limit. If your credit card is used in an unauthorized manner, notify your credit card company immediately. It will assist you in making a claim and notify you about whether you will be held responsible for this $50 liability fee. If you are required to pay the fee, please let us know so that we can reimburse you for 100% of this fee.
